Taste and fast cafe

Can recommend to have a meal. Small and cosy place. The food is delicious and has a good choice to select from. Next door has a mini supermarket so you may buy anything you need in addition. Prices are cheap and the portions are good. A lovely and energetic couple running the restaurant.

Went to this place regularly when I was in Trincomalee. The food was really good, especially when the woman made it. Unfortunately we went a few times and a guy was the chef but the food wasn’t as good. I think he maybe needs a bit more training as I would hate to see the restaurant loose business. The pancakes are really good, as are the banana ice fritters. Good price as well!

This place might look deceiving but is actually very good. It might be hidden restaurant gem of trinko. The value for money is amazing. Prices are very honest and food is prepared freshly to order. Give this place a try, support local family business.

A nice family restaurant with homemade dishes, lower than average prices, but due to its location , quite loud sometimes. We ate there three times, breakfast and 2 lunches, everything was well made, portions are quite big.

Small family business, and food made by a lovely woman. We ordered rice and curry, briyani and dosai. Local, tasty, affordable and fresh. 10/10, I have no complains.

If you are willing to wait for at least 30 mins to get fresh cooked tasty food then this is the place for you. They will customise food as per your preference. Very tasty food and great staff. Highly recommended. Poori and potato curry is a must try!!

I got an egg, potatoe, vegetable Dosai, which was fresh made and tasty! They were also fast as their name is: Teste & fast restaurant. I would come back another day to let my boyfriend taste it as well :). They do keep a fish in a bottle as decoration on their table, I hope they will set it free soon Nanri

Family restaurant. We went for lunch. We had two juices (banana and lime-a but watery, but was fine) and as well vegetable rice and curry. Later we ordered dosha (because we were really really hungry), even though they gave us extra curries during our menu. Notice that is enough the menu, just us were hungry. All was less than 3000. The service was normal (no quick no late), the people working there seems really humble and hardworking. I would recommend this place definitely. As well, you can enjoy a nice Hindu atmosphere. They have some chairs and table kind of 'outside', near the road. But as well they have inside more, a bit more far from the hit and the cars (much better).
